Lion of Sahara Crispy Fruit are produced by freeze drying, the most sophisticated of all the drying processes. Fresh fruit is frozen and water is removed from the fruit in a cold vacuum dryer, retaining the natural colour, flavour and nutrients.

Superior drying processes ensure freeze dried fruits retain all the goodness of fresh fruit with out the need for preservatives or added colours and flavours.
