Grilled Fig & Warm Goats Cheese Brushetta
Makes 9 Slices
Ingredients
- 8 Lion of Sahara Dried Figs thinly sliced
- 150g goats cheese
- balsamic vinegar
- 1 Ciabatta loaf
- 50g musculan lettuce
Cut ciabatta in slices about 1 cm thick and toast. Butter ciabatta with goats cheese and place figs on top.
Grill to warm. Place musculan lettuce in the middle of a serving plate. Arrange brushetta, then drizzle balsamic over the brushetta and musculan lettuce to serve.
