Oven Warmed Figs Stuffed With Goats Cheese, Basil & Rolled In Prosciutto

Serves 12

Ingredients

  • 6 Fruit for Life Dried Figs, sliced in half
  • 100g prosciutto, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 70g goats cheese
  • balsamic vinegar
  • 12 basil leaves

Cover sliced fig with one tspn of goats cheese, 1 basil leaf and roll thinly sliced prosciutto around. Salt and Pepper. Place in a warm oven for around 10 minutes or until cheese is soft. Serve drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
