Mango Smoothie

Makes 2

Ingredients

  • 125g Fruit for Life Dried Philippine Mango Slices, soaked until soft
  • 2 tbsn plain yoghurt
  • 1 tspn honey
  • 350ml fresh milk

Drain and chop mangoes. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve in long tall glasses. Dust with cinnamon.
